Position Details:

Compensation: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM

Position Responsibilities:

  • The sales support administrator will provide support to the sales teams
  • Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
  • Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
  • Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
  • Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
  • Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

6+ months of administrative experience
