Purpose
Position will serve as full-time on-campus contact for remote administrative team and perform administrative functions to support the day-to-day management of research projects.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls.
Provide general support to the Center’s administrative team. This includes, but is not limited to, providing new hires access to MCPER’s Community Pages, updating the center’s directory, and assisting the Director with Space management.
Receive, distribute, and arrange shipments and mail.
Request and maintain office supplies.
Support the Center’s administrative team by supporting all facets of grant management, including but not limited to, reimbursements, budgeting, travel planning, and events.
Update accounting spreadsheets and maintain digital files on Box.
MCPER Inventory Lead.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Three years of clerical experience. Proven ability to multi-task. Proven ability to prioritize assignments. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Proven ability to work independently. Clear and effective oral and written communication skills. Professional demeanor.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient with Mac computers.
Salary Range
$40,000 – $44,000
Working Conditions
Typical office environment.
