Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
– Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies
– Assist with order entry and processing
– Coordinate and plan company events and meetings
– Greet visitors and provide them with necessary assistance
– Manage front desk operations, including directing incoming calls and visitors
– Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
– Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
– Proper filling of documents
– Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
– Strong typing skills with the ability to transcribe accurately
