Overview:
Cross Construction is a design-forward leader in luxury residential construction and custom installations. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. In this high-trust role, you’ll manage calendars, streamline communication, track expenses, and help keep priorities aligned—so our executive team can stay focused on leading the business.
What You’ll Do:
Manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling, and anticipate conflicts
Track executive expenses and submit detailed reports with accuracy and timeliness
Monitor, organize, and respond to emails and other communications professionally
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Assist with travel planning, logistics, and executive-level project tracking
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
Provide light support for team operations and office coordination as needed
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
Confidence managing shifting priorities, last-minute changes, and sensitive information
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with expense and project tracking tools a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Calm, professional presence with a solutions-oriented mindset
