Responsibilitie

  • Manage corporate documents, records, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate announcements, press releases, general meetings, and media engagements
  • Coordinate and maintain corporate brand identity across company profiles, websites, presentations, and communication materials
  • Support corporate communications, branding, and marketing initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports
  • Compile monthly project updates and prepare reports for management
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including vendors, PR agencies, and company secretaries
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including CSR programmes, corporate launches, and stakeholder engagements
  • Manage event timelines, meeting schedules, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and communication support as assigned

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working in a listed company or regulated industry is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
