Transformer or Energy storage cabinet; 2) Manufacture

Language priority level:

1) Chinese + Bahasa Melayu + English; 2) Chinese + English / Chinese + Bahasa Melayu

Salary and Benefits: Salary negotiable; will cover social insurances, annual leave, working meals, and accommodation can be provided.

Candidate must be local Malaysian Chinese(马来华人)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Document Processing and Management

– Be responsible for the sorting, archiving, storage and updating of the company’s documents and materials to ensure the standardization and integrity of file management.

– Draft, proofread, print and distribute various documents, such as reports, letters, contracts, etc.

2. Daily Administrative Support

– Receive visitors, handle daily emails and couriers.

– Assist in arranging meetings, including the reservation of meeting rooms, the collation of meeting minutes, and the preparation of relevant materials.

3. Data Entry and Statistics

– Be responsible for data entry, sorting, and statistical analysis to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.

– Maintain the company’s internal database or electronic spreadsheets and update the information regularly.

4. Assist in Department Coordination

– Communicate with other departments and assist in completing tasks assigned by leaders or cross-departmental collaborative work.

– Follow up on the project progress, promptly report problems and provide support.

5. Office Equipment and Supplies Management

– Manage the procurement, distribution, and inventory checking of office supplies.

– Ensure the normal operation of office equipment and contact maintenance personnel to deal with equipment failures.

6. Other Temporary Tasks

– According to the company’s needs, complete other temporary tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background

– Chinese Malaysians who are proficient in both Malay and English, with a bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Work Experience

– 2-3 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience.

3. Skill Requirements

– Office Software Skills: Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with basic form making, data statistics, and document typesetting.

– Language Proficiency: English and Malay (essential).

4. Personal Qualities

– Meticulous and Serious: Have a rigorous work attitude, pay attention to details, and ensure the accuracy of documents and data.

– Communication and Coordination: Have certain communication skills and be able to interact friendly with colleagues and customers.

– Strong Sense of Responsibility: Be able to complete tasks on time and adapt to certain overtime or temporary work arrangements.

5. Other Requirements

– Confidentiality Awareness: Have a sense of confidentiality for the company’s documents and information and avoid disclosing sensitive data.
