Role Description The Back Office Worker is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This position will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including document organization, schedule management, assisting the sales team, and editing reports. The Back Office Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain organized file systems and databases for efficient document management.

· Organize the office’s schedule.

· Assist the sales department with administrative tasks, such as documents preparation and communicating with clients.

· Edit and proofread reports, correspondence, and other written materials for accuracy and consistency.

· Perform data entry and maintain records as required.

· Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration is a plus.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.

· Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $43,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
