Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Administrative Assistant will oversee general office management tasks, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and support executive staff with administrative duties. Daily responsibilities include answering and routing calls, managing correspondence, maintaining organized files, and assisting with clerical tasks and executive support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support daily office operations
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective interactions with clients and internal team members
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support to leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Relevant educational background such as a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
