Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Reunion Giving
Advancement – Annual Fund
Location: New Orleans, LA
Summary
The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Reunion Giving assists the Senior Director and the Class Officers with day-to-day operations within the unit, including travel and administrative support and inventory/supply management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
Ability to communicate in a sensitive and courteous manner
Knowledge of standard software applications including but not limited to, word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet software. Strong communication skills.
Familiar with operation of electronic office machines (phones, copiers, fax, etc.).
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
Required Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
AND
3 years of office or administrative support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, and Excel) preferred.
Compensation Information
This position is classified as “non-exempt, hourly” and is assigned to pay grade 24.
