Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, managing a multi-line telephone system efficiently.
Assist customers and sales staff with inquiries, orders, and related requests to ensure satisfaction.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
Utilize QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite to perform various administrative tasks.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed departmental goals.
Maintain a pleasant and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles in an office environment.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Strong practical judgment and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
