Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Calendar and Travel Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, travel, and events for C-Suite executives. Ensure all calendar entries are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies, organize snacks, and ensure the pantry is well-stocked. Coordinate lunch orders for executives, meetings, and events.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist in a professional services setting.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Compensation: $100,000 – 125,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
