Coordinate hiring support, credentialing, and filing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and

Position Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations, optimal communication lines, and effective program management. This role involves coordinating hiring support, credentialing, filing processes, problem-solving, and assisting with ad-hoc special projects.

What You Will Do:

Provide administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations and optimal communication.
Coordinate hiring support, credentialing, and filing processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
Assist with calendaring, compiling, summarizing, and formatting data for reports and database systems.
Prepare complex reports, narrative documents, presentation packets, and informational materials.
Provide backup coverage for other administrative support positions.
Handle travel arrangements and oversee meetings and event planning as needed.
Maintain and update transportation schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
Data entry and scheduling experience preferred.
One (1) year of customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; strong Excel skills critical.
Superior written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to engage in physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting.
