Front Office administrative assistant/receptionist
Pay scale: Up to $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: walk-ins, phones, emails
Ensure functionality and cleanliness in the office
Information gathering for tenant applications
Receive rents & deposits, create receipts
Ensure follow-up calls are made each day
Create work orders
Help manage keys and lockbox check-outs
Data entry
Create and update property information sheets
Go to the post office if necessary
Mailers & marketing material
