Position Summary:

The Executive & HR Administrative Partner will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and assist with various HR functions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Coordinate and manage special projects and events.
Prepare and process reports.
Act as a gatekeeper and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Occasional office-related deliveries (must have reliable transportation)

HR Administration:

Process light payroll and assist with light 401(k) submittal administration.
Leverage HRIS software to manage HR operations
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Organize documents, files, mailings, and parcels

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably with exposure to both executive and HR functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with HRIS systems. Preferred
