Salary: $60000.00 – $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events and meetings, including logistical arrangements.
Research: Conduct research and compile information to assist the executive in decision-making processes.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Experience: Proficient with Microsoft suite, Google suite, Windows 11 and web conferencing platforms. Understanding how to book travel.
Highly organized, Reliable, Dedicated, desires to add value to others, high work ethic.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to switch from one task to another effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with executives and clients.
Technological Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with calendar and email management software. Web Conferencing platforms, Google suite
Problem Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Discretion: High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Support: aiding in personal items for the CEO and family
