Job Overview The office administrator will have varying responsibilities, such as scheduling meetings, photocopying, faxing, taking notations, or assisting in preparing presentations.
The office administrator welcomes visitors and applicants, answers the phone and transfer calls, record trailer counts, and other tasks assigned by the plant manager and HR.
The hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:40pm. This is a fast-paced work position that requires focus. This position will involve the use of Excel, Outlook, and basic invoicing skills are a must. Must be able to think and see issues as they arise which may include resolve problems such as checking documents for duplicate, missing or incorrect information. This position may be requested to help in audits, inventories and other research to provide answers for multiple departments. Job Responsibilities Invoicing repetitively and consistently with minimal mistakes, crediting, and scanning to email. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have. Maintain reception area. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including fax machine, copy machine, and computer. Have good attendance. Filing of documents, and other paperwork. Phone skills talking professionally to our customers and solving their issues.
