Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office Administrator who will also serve as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer. This role is essential in maintaining seamless office operations, providing high-level executive support, and cultivating a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, well-organized, and efficient environment.
Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff, including data entry, reporting, and document preparation. Assist the CEO with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Culture & Engagement: Plan and coordinate team-building activities, company events, and celebrations to foster a strong workplace culture.
Employee Onboarding: Support new hire onboarding to create a welcoming and seamless transition into the company.
Office Resources & Vendor Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Front Office Coordination: Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a warm, welcoming office atmosphere.
Employee Support: Serve as a key point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring employees have the resources they need to succeed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, executive support, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
