Job Summary
Company is on the lookout for a Senior Administrative Assistant to offer comprehensive support to three Senior Directors within the Express Product Management Marketing Group. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in managing schedules, arranging both domestic and international travel, coordinating meetings and events, and executing various administrative duties to aid the marketing group’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules and organize various meetings across global time zones, including arranging corporate travel and accommodations.
Handle business expense processing, manage invoices, and purchase orders efficiently.
Plan and execute company events, offsite meetings, and team-building activities.
Ensure smooth operation of weekly staff meetings, including agenda preparation and coordination with Business Operations.
Address office-related needs and provide on-site support for team events as necessary.
Must-Have Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Slack, with a good understanding of expense-reporting software.
Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships across the organization.
Industry Experience
4-6 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within a high-tech or digital marketing environment.
