Administrative Assistant Jobs in Sioux Falls, SD at Correctional Medical Management – Minnehaha County Jail
Essential Duties:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors to the ballpark by answering their questions and providing directions as needed
Be knowledgeable of all Harbor Park stadium areas in order to provide accurate and timely answers to inquiries
Operate multiple phone lines in a pleasant and friendly manner
Input data into Excel
Help coordinate office supplies
Provide administrative support to other staff as needed
Provide ticketing help as needed
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to work normal office hours and to work late nights during all Norfolk Tides home games at Harbor Park
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical School Certificate preferred
At least one year working for a professional sports team or equivalent organization preferred
Ability to attend all home games
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Driver’s License required
