Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in Agdal, with the possibility to perform some tasks from home. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records. The position involves answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to managers and executives as needed. The Administrative Assistant will schedule meetings, prepare documents and reports, assist with data entry, and support the coordination of security staff schedules. This role also includes monitoring office supplies, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and records management
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and internal teams
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and supporting senior leadership
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic digital tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- High level of reliability, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- Previous experience in security, facilities, or service-oriented industries is an advantage
- High school diploma required; additional training or a degree in administration, business, or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken French and/or Arabic; working knowledge of English is an asset
