About the Role:
You’re the glue that holds it all together—and we mean that in the best possible way. As our Office Administrator & Fleet Coordinator, you’re part admin wizard, part logistics ninja. From making sure our team has the tools they need to crushing it behind the scenes with vehicle maintenance schedules, you’ll be at the center of everything that keeps our operation running smooth.
What You’ll Be Rockin’ On the Daily:
Greet guests and answer phones like the friendly, organized boss you are.
Keep our office stocked, stylish, and running like a well-oiled machine.
Schedule meetings, prep documents, and keep everyone on-task (and on-time).
Maintain digital and physical filing systems that would make Marie Kondo proud.
Support accounting tasks—think invoicing, receipts, and expense reports.
Assist HR with onboarding, employee paperwork, and general people ops.
Help plan company events, meetings, and travel with a sprinkle of flair.
Fleet Management Duties (a.k.a. Keeping Us Rolling):
Track and schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs for company vehicles.
Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance documents.
Monitor mileage logs and fuel usage to help optimize routes and reduce costs.
Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely repairs and emergency issues.
Maintain a clean and organized fleet database (you and spreadsheets = besties).
Help implement policies for safe and efficient fleet operations.

Pay is $50,000 – $60,000 base salary with opportunity to earn additional bonuses each month
