Our small, close-knit team is seeking an organized and motivated Office Administrator to join us in providing outstanding support to our team and clients.

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist with daily office operations and contribute to the smooth running of our real estate brokerage. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client files, maintaining our database of past clients, and supporting our team with various administrative tasks. You’ll also assist with light marketing efforts, answer phone calls, and input current client data into our CRM system.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable with computers and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize client files and records
Maintain and update past client database
Assist with inputting listings into the MLS and CRM
Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing and organizing paperwork
Provide assistance with marketing materials, such as email newsletters or social media updates
Answer phones and assist clients with inquiries
Input current client information into the CRM system
Coordinate and assist with planning annual past client events
Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

No prior sales experience required
Previous office experience is a plus
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Pleasant phone demeanor and excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an advantage
