About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support across key operational functions. In this hybrid, full-time role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks that require sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Your Responsibilities

Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and logistics for leadership and team members.

Draft, format, and prepare business documents, reports, internal communications, and presentations.

Organize and maintain digital and physical records, including confidential documents.

Arrange and manage travel plans, meeting rooms, and event setups across time zones and locations.

Monitor incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely handling or escalation where needed.

Support internal workflows, such as expense processing, approvals, and basic budgeting tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a business support or office coordination role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with shared drives or workflow systems is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.

Trustworthy, dependable, and professional when handling confidential materials.

Team-focused mindset with the ability to work well independently.
