This is a remote position.

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistantwho would help the Client achieve their goal of being the first choice for all their stakeholders and help them be proud of the work and services they do.
Role Overview
Sending invoices and generating monthly vendor payment
Collect payment and sending follow-up emails as needed
Setting up new customers, contractors and vendors in the CRM
Coordinating with vendors with either email and phone call
CRM management of account records, contract, proposals, and schedule of projects
Manage excel tracker
Help with signing up vendors on customers’ websites
Tools:
Any accounting software
Microsoft Office (e.g Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, One Drive)
Pandadoc (docusign)

Rate: $5/hour
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST (Tuesday – Saturday, 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Manila time)
Requirements
What you need:
Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
At least 5 mbps backup internet service
An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
Other employment requirements:
