Kirby Wealth Management Group is seeking an office manager to join our team. As an office manager you will support the firm in all aspects of office management and operations. The position will provide an interactive experience, while enabling ownership of specific tasks. With demonstrated results, the position and associated responsibilities have growth potential with the needs of our business.

The Office Manager is responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, onboarding new employees, eventual office staff supervision and task delegation. Initially will be overseeing office equipment requirements, scheduling maintenance, liaising with IT support, general office operations oversight. As part of the role, the Office Manager will oversee and coordinate all office events, including holiday parties, company gatherings, and team-building initiatives.

The successful Office Manager is an energetic and friendly professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats while being proactive and anticipating the needs of the office, company, and staff. The individual would be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and an ever-changing role. Previous experience working in a similar type of office (financial, investment, tech, startup or similar) is preferred. This is a long-term position within a growing firm.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Handle administrative details as assigned and routine issues independently

· Answer office phones, provide welcome friendly front desk support

· Schedule client appointments

· Take the lead on the new hire onboarding process

Initiative in posting engaging updates to the company’s social media pages
Directly support the activity of the CEO.
Coordinate travel arrangements
Client, employee, and prospect event planning

Qualifications:

· Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· General comfort with learning and mastering various computer systems.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Adaptability and flexibility

· Strong attention to detail

· Customer centric

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
