Job Overview
Seeking 1-2 office administrative assistants for busy construction company. Duties include: answering phone calls, responding to customer emails and occasional walk-in customers. Entering customer information into our online system and scheduling appointments for salespeople. Organizing, filing, pulling permits for jobs. Must be open to additional job responsibilities. Strong computer skills, communication skills and attention to detail needed. Flexible to work around school or family schedule. Part time or full time available. Healthcare insurance and paid time off for full time.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Requirements

Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred, not needed.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and document preparation.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
