Full-Time Office Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Services Company (Woodmere, NY)

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000/year

Location: On-site | Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

We are a violation removal service provider based in Woodmere, NY, specializing in resolving mold and flood violations. We’re currently hiring an Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. If you have experience working in a property management office or a violation remediation firm, this could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office communications and document handling
Coordinate violation removal appointments and project schedules
Maintain accurate files and project records
Liaise with city agencies and property owners as needed
Support operations team with data entry and violation tracking
Assist in preparing job packets, status updates, and follow-up emails

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience (experience in property management or violation removal preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and consistency in record-keeping
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle a dynamic workflow
