Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and will serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Help prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks.
Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Use and operate digital/3D camera equipment in coordination with marketing team.
Serve as a representative of the company at business outings, inspections and third party meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
