A Dutch-based IT Consultancy, specialising in high-end technical and scientific software solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

An International IT Consultancy, based in Belgium, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their HR Services team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support key HR operations across multiple locations in a high-paced, structured environment.

You will be supporting HR Staff Services on various administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle, covering 4 main locations. Your role will involved:

Providing constructive suggestions to improve office procedures and enhance efficiency

Contributing to innovation and optimising resource use within existing organisational structures

Performing additional administrative tasks as needed

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a large organisation, preferably HR or a similar environment

Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).

Experience with SharePoint and HR Systems, such as Oracle EBS, Taleo or something similar

Familiarity with HR ticketing systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a high-volume, service driven, HR help desk setting

Strong initiative and organisational abilities

TO BE CONSIDERED…
