Company Overview: Parimer Scientific is a small pharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization (CMO) of less than 10 scientists that manufactures products for pharmaceutical and medical device clients. It is locally owned and operated by the Principal Scientist. The company is growing an average of 59% year over year for the last 3 years. To keep up with the growth, Parimer is hiring an administratively inclined individual to maintain organization and process efficiency

Job Summary: The new assistant will work directly with the Owner / Principal Scientist of the small company to assist in an organizational capacity. The assistant will get exposure to nearly every aspect of running a small business.

Responsibilities

The hired candidate will predominantly support the Principal Scientist with their email, calendar, notes, meetings, presentations, reports, purchasing, receiving, client calls, and other paperwork. The ideal candidate would be able to assist in organizing many aspects of the laboratory’s operations.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and clerical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
