Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Oversee calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling.
Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes.
Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
Experience
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience in calendar management is essential.
