An Administrative Assistant for Air Experts will:
Assist with scheduling, permitting, invoicing, closing tickets, and follow up with customers.
Maintain customer database with current information.
Clear and concise communications with department managers, coworkers and clients.
Skills
Proven work ethic
Strong phone handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Work Hours: 9am-6pm Monday – Friday
