POSITION OVERVIEW:
CMG Financial is hiring a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to assist the Human Resources Business Partners with various administrative tasks and HR related functional areas including Employee records management, HR reporting and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
Maintain employee files, including organization, updating and creating new employee change documentation.
HR recordkeeping and reporting including timekeeping and employee change forms.
Assist with the offboarding process including, employee communication, exit paperwork and exit interview and reporting.
Support Human Resources Business Partners with various administrative tasks and HR related projects
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Mortgage experience preferred
Employee should have excellent organization skills
Provent ability to manage high volume communication
Work independently and proactively
High level of attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
Excellent in Excel

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $50,000 – $55,000. Factors that affect base salary may include: Onboarding experience, Administrative/clerical experience, HR experience, knowledge of mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience, and education.
