Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant, Business Development Oversight (BDO) is in charge of organizing and coordinating the business development oversight process within South East Asia, aiming at increasing the quality, competitiveness, and compliance with group investment guidelines of Engie’s investments in Energy Efficiency and decentralized renewable projects in the region. The BDO Administrative Assistant will liaise with the Business Development team and all other relevant departments involved, to organize and document the process in a timely manner.


Engage with the Business Development (BD) community to schedule and organize the Energy Solutions APAC Commitment Committees with the relevant departments in timely manner and with the proper audience

Liaise with BDO Department at Group level to organize and schedule the regional and group Commitment Committees

Monitor and control the projects pipeline reporting and support the BDO and the BD community in preparing activity reports

Manage the documentation related to the Commitment Committees: communicate, archive and control the management of the documents

Support the Asset Management in implementing proper guidelines for document management on Sharepoint

Support the BD projects pipeline monitoring reporting using Salesforce

Organize business internal event such as sharing session promoting OneENGIE culture


Diploma in Business or equivalent

3-5 years of professional experience

Proven flexible team player who works well with others, open to cultural diversity.

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
