Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Our ideal candidate can manage corporate account paperwork including work orders, contractor names and insurance paperwork. We are looking for someone who is excellent at communicating with customers and the ability to type up estimates with the project manager.
Responsibilities
Effective phone etiquette when communicating with clients and staff.
Ability to type up estimates with the project manager.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation using computerized systems.
Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy access to information.
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve office operations.
Ability to work in Jobber is a plus.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and document management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office management procedures is a plus.
