Office Administrator:
The Office Administrator supports the Corporate Operations team by performing a range of administrative and office support functions. This role is responsible for managing phone calls, processing and distributing mail, maintaining stock of office and kitchen supplies, and providing logistical support for events and new employee onboarding. The Office Administrator also plays a role in client and vendor appreciation, community partnerships, and maintaining general office operations. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Operations.
Major Responsibilities:
Administrative / Front Office / Office Care
Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Open and close the office daily as scheduled
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the kitchen and supply rooms
Track and replenish kitchen and office stock regularly
Maintain postage operations, including Pitney Bowes and FedEx, and manage the postage log
Provide occasional on-site administrative support at the Greenwood Village office, including supply restocking, event preparation, or office coordination, as needed
Client, Vendor, and Employee Engagement:
Assist in the coordination of client and vendor appreciation efforts, including preparation and delivery of materials
Coordinate and support employee appreciation events such as potlucks and quarterly morale boosters
Support seasonal or event-related gift initiatives as directed
Community Partnerships:
Provide administrative support for established community partnership activities
Assist in planning and logistics for community involvement events as needed
Event Support:
Execute preparations as necessary for internal and external events
Provide on-site, day-of support during events
Assist with meeting and event setup as directed
New Employee Onboarding:
Prepare new hire desk supplies, workspace setup, and welcome items
Ensure all required materials are available and organized for incoming employees

Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1-2 years of clerical or administrative support experience preferred
Physical Demands:
Sit, stand, or walk throughout the day
Regularly lift and carry up to 10 pounds
Perform activities such as bending, reaching, typing, and grasping
Driving Requirements
Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License and have a clean driving record
Must be able to travel locally as needed
Work Environment:
Office setting with moderate noise levels
Occasional need for early morning, evening, or weekend work based on events or seasonal needs
Regular trips between our Loveland, CO and Greenwood Village, CO offices
