ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE: FINANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Finance Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling requirements related to financial lines of business, in order to assist in effective, efficient, and accurate departmental operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Provides administrative and operational support to the Finance Department
Completes fax jobs as required
Assists with document requests
Enters invoices into the LegalX platform
Performs causative research on returned invoices related to the LegalX platform
Reviews GRS reports for research / accuracy as required
Assists with special projects as assigned
Reports to: Project Coordinator, Accounting & Finance
Direct Reports: N/A
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
High School Diploma (Required)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
