WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this candidate. The candidate will be the employee of Levine & Reid, Inc.

This is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday, in office in the O’Hare/Rosemont area. Flexible hours are available.

Levine & Reid is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide thoughtful support to both individual and business clients. The ideal candidate will be an independent and proactive problem-solver, and will be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. There are many opportunities for professional growth.

Duties:

Account set up and servicing of investments

Review all applications for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner

Prompt and professional organization skills

Project management with an understanding of prioritization

Various administrative and marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment

Superior attention to detail

Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly

2+ years administrative experience

2+ years industry experience, preferred

Salary:$45-50,0000 annually with 6-month review
