This temporary full-time position offers a chance to develop valuable investment business skills while providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with Investment Advisors, maintain compliance, and assist with client engagement initiatives.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that client needs are prioritized in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to advisors and client accounts

• Maintain compliance standards in all client interactions

• Engage in marketing and outreach activities for client connection

• Generate investment plans and proposals for prospects

• Proactively address client requests and inquiries
Requirements:

• Proven experience in client service and communication

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Ability to engage with clients authentically and meaningfully

• Excellent organizational capabilities in a fast-paced setting

• Familiarity with financial services and strong accountability
