LHH is partnering with a highly respected financial services organization in Baltimore to identify an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a team of senior investment professionals. This role is a key partner in ensuring smooth executive operations, strong client service delivery, and efficient day-to-day business coordination

esExecutive & Administrative Suppo

  • rtProvide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and investment professional
  • s.Manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritizing competing meetings and commitment
  • s.Act as a gatekeeper by screening requests and ensuring executives’ time is optimize
  • d.Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the tea
  • m.Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and internal/external meeting material
  • s.Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or workflow issues before they aris

e.Client & Relationship Coordinati

  • onServe as a point of contact for client inquiries when team members are unavailabl
  • e.Coordinate client meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling and communicatio
  • n.Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and post-meeting follow-up
  • s.Maintain accurate client records and updates in CRM system
  • s.Support onboarding activities and account maintenance for client
  • s.Build strong, professional relationships with clients while maintaining confidentialit
