Job Overview
Our growing restoration company is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This in-office position plays a key role in the insurance claim process, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Claim Management:

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Review, read, and analyze estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Handle the supplementing process, including negotiating and communicating with insurance companies to secure necessary approvals.
Document and track claims efficiently.

Customer Communication:

· Communicate with clients regarding the status of their claims.

· Assist with collecting payments, including overdue accounts (collections).

Administrative Duties:

· Create invoices and other letter documents as needed.

· Maintain daily schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.

· Organize and track all claim-related paperwork and documentation.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless claims process.

· Perform other general office duties as they arise.

Qualifications:

· Bilingual (English/Spanish): Fluency in both languages is required for effective communication with customers and insurance representatives.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for phone and email correspondence.

· Knowledge of the insurance claims process, including supplementing, is required.

· Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines independently.

· Critical thinker with excellent problem solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and efficiency in managing administrative work.

· Previous experience in a similar role within the restoration or insurance industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
