We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
Maintain and organize office files, ensuring easy access to information.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
Experience in an office environment with clerical responsibilities.
Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accuracy.
Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
