As a Production Administrative Assistant, you will be a key support to our Production Manager, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication across our team. Your role will encompass managing schedules, answering incoming calls, and performing various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Communication & Call Management:
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Serve as a touchpoint for team members and external contacts.
Administrative Support:
Assist the Production Manager with managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating daily activities.
Perform general office duties, including document filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Coordination & Organization:
Maintain organized office systems to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative documents as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
