Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including performing clerical duties, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and communicating with employees and vendors. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for executive administrative assistance.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Clerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
Previous administrative experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Experience in healthcare is a plus
