Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting a growing team? We are seeking an Administrative & Sales Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced healthcare technology organization that is transforming patient recovery and rehabilitation through innovative solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative, customer service, healthcare support, sales support, or office coordination experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing initiatives and special projects
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and healthcare offices
- Generate and distribute patient status reports to physicians and their staff
- Maintain, audit, and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate virtual and onsite meetings and manage logistics
- Organize files, projects, and confidential documentation
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Sales Operations leadership
- Assist with lead outreach efforts and lead generation initiatives
- Support cross-functional teams with various operational and administrative needs
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, customer service, office support, or similar role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
- Healthcare, medical office, marketing, or sales support experience is highly preferred
