About the Team
The Executive Leadership team works closely with board members, volunteers, and organizational leaders to guide strategic initiatives and oversee key programs. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication across leadership and stakeholders.
About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executive leadership. In this role, you will manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare business documents, and support strategic initiatives while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and leadership events.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing materials.
- Track action items, project timelines, and executive priorities.
- Support the planning and execution of organizational programs and events.
- Coordinate communication with board members, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and related administrative tasks.
- Support additional executive and organizational initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to seven years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience supporting boards, committees, or volunteer leadership is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
