Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Perth, WA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, handling correspondence and data entry. Additional duties include scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing existing client relationships.
You will be working directly with myself but within a team environment. Working days will be Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday with some flexibility. Hours & role may be expanded in the future if mutually desired.
Hybrid working options can be explored after initial training is completed. Offices are located in Wangara so ideal for northern suburbs applicants.
Qualifications
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency with office software and equipment
An ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in finance or brokerage firms is a plus but not essential
