My client, an amazing non-profit organization in the Greater Boston area with a fantastic mission that makes a lasting impact in lives everyday, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, smart, tech savvy including social media, and has excellent communication and writing skills. Strong attention to detail and a friendly, outgoing personality is key!

Free parking and public transportation accessible. 5 days onsite, possibility of 1 wfh day after training period. Excellent Benefits and great culture!

Position Highlights:

Taking intake calls with families and individuals

Gathering and confirming medical records and information

Serving as liaison between attorneys and relevant officials

File and document management

Managing social media channels

Ad hoc office support functions and projects as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

BA/BS degree

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with social media

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Etc.)

Excellent organization skills and strong ability to multi-task

Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
