Key Responsibilities:

Provide front desk reception services for the company.

Manage the company’s telephone system.

Assist in customer service and support.

Organize travel arrangements for consultants.

Handle company procurement tasks.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both electronic and paper.

Provide administrative support to consultants.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Up to 1 year of experience in administrative support.

Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.

Comfortable with communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
