Role: Property Administrator

Location: Woodford, Essex

Proper Recruitment have an exciting Office Support vacancy available for an established Estate Agent client of ours based in Woodford, Essex who are looking for a Property Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Lettings Support: Assist with the preparation and processing of tenancy documents, sales documentation, and client correspondence. Liaise with tenants, landlords, and buyers where necessary.

Office Administration: Order and manage office supplies and stationery. Organise meetings and maintain meeting room schedules. Maintain general office tidiness and coordinate maintenance when needed.

Finance & Payments: Raise and issue invoices in a timely manner. Assist in setting up supplier and contractor payments. Maintain financial records related to transactions and expenses.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property prices, and competitor activity. Social Media Preparation & Company Reviews.

PA Duties: Support senior team members with diary management, appointment scheduling, and travel bookings. Draft and proofread correspondence and reports on behalf of directors.

Requirements:

Proven administrative experience, ideally in property or related industries.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media tools.

Experience with property CRM systems (e.g., Alto Vebra or Reapit, etc.). Desirable

Knowledge of property sales and lettings processes. Desirable

Salary:

Up to £32,000 per annum [DoE]

Tenure:

Full-Time | Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30
